I have actually been published in print! Woo hoo! It was our local Syracuse newspaper. I submitted one of my pieces about grocery shopping when you have food allergies.
Now, due to an error, the article was accidentally published under another author's name. The editor was super apologetic about and they'll print a correction. However, I can still say something I wrote got published, which was my main goal.
I walked into our daughter's room the other day. I noticed she had cut the article out and taped it to her wall. She had crossed out the name and printed mine above it. It doesn't get any better than that! :)
